Program Structure
Our Program Structure involved in four phases like: Formative Research, Intervention Design, Pilot Implementation and Scaling & Institutionalization.
In-depth research is conducted to understand the social norms, power dynamics, and the vulnerabilities that hinder women’s empowerment. This data forms the foundation for designing interventions aimed at shifting harmful gender norms and improving access to services.
Interventions are designed based on the research findings, targeting SHGs, community leaders, and service providers. These are customized to address specific local challenges, such as access to legal aid, entitlement programs, and GBV support services.
The intervention package is piloted in select communities, where monitoring and data collection ensure that the interventions are impactful and sustainable. Feedback loops are built to allow for continuous refinement of strategies.
Upon successful testing, the GTM program scales up interventions across wider regions. Partnerships with state governments, particularly with SRLM, ensure that the gender-transformative strategies are integrated into broader state policies.
