A Gender Forum Meeting (GFM) is a structured platform conducted at the Gram Panchayat Level Federation (GPLF) to discuss, address, and strategize solutions for gender-related issues within the community.

These meetings are led by representatives such as Gender Point Persons (GPPs) and Social Action Committee (SAC) members and serve as a space for raising awareness, fostering dialogue on topics like gender equality, women’s rights, and safety, and mobilizing community actions to support women's empowerment.
