State-level AAP training equips trainers with the skills to plan and budget for
smooth execution
at GP, block, and district levels. Trainers are provided with comprehensive materials to
ensure
accurate budgeting and planning.
Training of
District and Block MIS Personnel on Gender MIS
Block and District MIS personnel are trained on Gender MIS, focusing on data entry,
dashboard
use, and reporting. The training improves the implementation of the Gender Facilitation
Centre
framework and ensures quality data management.
Orientation
of MBKs and G-CRPs on Gender Integration
MBKs and G-CRPs receive block-level orientation on gender integration and the Gender
Transformative Model (GTM). The training focuses on building awareness and ensuring active
participation in gender programs at the Gram Panchayat level.
Training of CRP-CMs on GSLP
Modules
Block-level training sessions on GSLP modules are conducted for CRP-CMs. Despite delays,
over
half of the planned training sessions were completed, ensuring community mobilizers are
well-versed in gender-related issues.
Training for
District Level Trainers (DLTs)
DLTs are trained through a three-day program to deliver gender-related content to
community mobilizers and program staff. They now conduct gender training sessions and report
progress at the district and block levels, ensuring effective program delivery.
G-CRP Training
G-CRPs undergo training to promote women’s participation in local governance and address
gender-based violence (GBV). They are equipped with knowledge on legal provisions,
communication, and referral processes to support GBV survivors and ensure effective case
management.
Training of G-CRPs on Gender
MIS
G-CRPs are trained, both virtually and in-person, on using the Gender MIS for effective
program
monitoring and implementation. The training enhances their ability to capture and manage
program
data within the GTM framework.
District & Block Level Planning and Coordination Meetings on POSH Act
2013
Coordination meetings at district and block levels, supported by DCCs, focus on planning and
discussions around the POSH Act. These meetings enhance staff awareness and compliance with
gender-related legal frameworks.
